Purpose: Build knowledge in research-based Language Arts practices, which develop student processes and proficiencies in learning and applying language arts content and skills.
The format of this workshop will include active student engagement strategies, teacher sharing, data analysis, and the integration of technology in the language arts classroom.
8:30 - 9:00 - Rolls, coffee, juice
9:00 - 9:15 - Opening – Be prepared to share a Halloween memory from your classroom or childhood – there will be prizes!!!
9:15 - 10:15 - Using Technology in the Language Arts Classroom
